Brian had corrected the horn ring issue and as far as the fog lights go you have to remember he bought it off the original owner.The car even sold with original resonators and 12 bolt rear end.It had one repaint many years ago due to rear quarter damage. Didn't notice until you mentioned. Fallow the angle back and it should straighten out for ya.
If it was mine I would do a complete resto and upgrade the tires, suspension,brakes and steering for safety reasons. These cars even when new had spooky brakes and less than desireable steering (" information from someone who owned one back in the day" ).
Looks like it's up for sale again. Think this is the second time in the last year or it didn't sell and re listed. Also looks cleaned up a bit horn ring/seat etc.
