timbuks second invader

My god Tim you work fast. In only 3 hrs you stripped the car did rust repair in the floor pans, rebuilt the trunk and surrounding. All I got done was clean the floor in my trailer.

ok so im using a 350 engine n here so had to switch out the pan pump etc.had to grind the pump to clear con rod bolts rebuilt and warmed up.Also wanted the big clutch in there so im using a 78 truck full aluminum bellhousing with the adapter ring for the car trans using the clutch fork from the truck also,i have a hayes clutch aluminum flywheel and i got a set of FLOWTECH 11110 headers since i chickened out on cutting the inners for the wheelwell headers could not do it no way after trying the stock type linkage and finding out there was no way that was gona work, heres what i did first the ball bracket had to drill the block out for the hole on the left used the oversized throw out bearing small one seemed to short, seems to work good!

headers are super tight but i did not have to bash them they fit! used a short 168 tooth starter with offset holes and it just fit not sure if these would work with a column shift

Wow, looking good there Tim. I love your creativity to make it all work. Probably driving you crazy as it waits for you and your body says not quite yet.

Tim, i am with Dave on the front straight axle set up. That would look real tough on your car. Amazing good work and continued good luck on the project. Cheers. George
