I promised each of our 2 kids a special interest car at age 21 if they are leading clean lives. Our son got his 2001 T/A convert a bit over a year ago. Our daughter gets her car at the end of this year. She is also talking about a T/A convert. Being a girl, I know colour will be everything to her. I'll show her pictures of this car. If she likes the colour, I'll be contacting you.
Just a couple of questions---
Is it bone stock?
What tires were put on?
Interior and top are mint?

Hi Carl, The car was originally bought in Edmonton and the original owner lived in Red Deer, I can not remember the name but the dealer sticker is still on the back. The guy I bought it from was the second owner and he bought the car 10 years ago now from him. He was in his sixties. He said if he remembered right it had around 34,000 km on it when he bought it. It was always stored in a garage with a car cover on it as long as he had it. The original owner also stored it in a garage. He drove from Red Deer to Edmonton and that is most likely where the chips on the paint in the front came from. There is right around 54,500 km on the car now. The car is now in Calgary.
The top is very nice as well as the interior, seats do not have any of the usual cracking in the leather, all glass is good. Power top works great. It looks like the back seats were not sat in much if at all. There are no cracks on the door panels which they are prone to. Carpet is nice, dash is nice. The windows are tinted which can be removed if you did not like it. I do not see any door dings or dents.
I can not remember what the tire brand is, but they were the correct size. The car is not modified, all stock. Other than the paint chips on the front, the one window works fine but is a little bit slower than the others.
The car is not at my house as it is in storage at a friends place. I tried to call him but he is up in Red Deer right now. As soon as he returns he will check the tire brand and the exact km`s.
If you have any other questions please just ask. Thanks, George

x2. Boy Carl...you get Dad of the year if she goes for this one! Which I think she will if brought up by you and luv the fact that it's a stick! You must have taught her right......car must have 3 pedals!
I would trade this car and up to $20,000 on a 69 Camaro RS, 68 Beaumont SD, 68 Chevelle SS, 69 Chevelle SS or possibly others. I prefer cars with white interiors and a automatic transmission. But 4 speeds are not out of the question.
