This is an original, as removed, mid 60's GM transistorized voltage regulator with horn relay. I do not know if it works, I removed it many years ago from an engineless 65 Pontiac Custom Sport. It has been in dry storage ever since. It retains its original patina. The back has never been off.  A seldom seen GM option.
