Build Thread 67 Impala going from non a/c to full A/C Had AC charged yesterday


Twas a long wait since February.   Havent told the wife yet.     

Had the system Fully charged with R134A .  Blows nice and cold    Hey Carl  wanna go for a ride.    We could buy and ice cream cone and it wouldnt melt on you..

Congrats!

It's not even a B-Body, but I took my '70 GMC 396 out for the first time since last year and the AC (now 134A) still held a charge and blew cold air!

It did take maybe 10-20 seconds before it really started blowing cold though - does that mean anything?
