Power top won't come back up. What is there to look at?

A friend of mine just phoned me and has a 64 Beaumont and just went for a drive, put the top down but has no action for it to come back up.  Not familiar with them but is there much that he can check for?  Is there a fuse for them and I'm guessing a switch may fail but thinking those odds are pretty low.  What else can he check for?

I think the power top motor goes through the circuit breaker on the firewall close to the brake booster.

I guess the easiest thing to do is a test light on the breaker, on the wires at the switch, on the wires at the pump motor etc.

Thanks for that. I may have to try find time and do a little snooping as he is not into fixing these old cars.
