If someone has the GM parts manual, it's likely there are line drawings of the car in it.
Looking at the line art you provided, I'd be cautious creating a 3-D model from that. Note that the hood appears flat in the side views. I'm pretty sure the hood rises to the centre and can be seen in a profile picture...
