Typically, when there are funny issues like that, it is most times a bad ground issue...  Make sure the ground is clean against the housing ...

It's cheap to replace all the bulbs and at least rule that out. And as stated, sure sounds like a bulb or ground issue.

Sounds like a short in the wiring if the filaments are blown, check for a meltdown. Maybe the main light switch.

I am not ruling out rear bulbs and sockets first,No shorted out wires or burnt bulbs exist. If ther was a problem at the back of the car, when I put on a signal it should feed power and blink the dash lights but not.somehow power is feeding from the brake switch to the dash circuit,My puzzle continues

Just thinking out loud. That doesn't make sense...your brake circuit is your turn circuit ,one just cancels the other and is not connected in any way(going from memory) to dash lights. Must be getting feed back from socket or shorted wire. Maybe remove front then rear bulbs and see if still happens? Then unplug rear harness at kick panel? Wiring can be a pain in the @^% sometimes!
