Sorry if this causes more confusion than help, but yes, mostly same part #s between the Chevrolet and Canadian Pontiac Master parts Catalogue. So they do cross.
See group 1.219 in either cat.
1967
3014455 Chevrolet 396 with HD rad. Automatic Transmission. 1.98" core. Air car.
3012344 Chevrolet 396/427 Std trans, HD, "CO" code. 1.75" core.
3012411Chev/CDN 396 Exc (Except?) HD rad. Standard trans. Rad code stamped "CM". Same part number for 427 Exc HD rad. Standard Trans. No code.
3012349 Chev/CDN 396, Auto trans, code stamp "CI"
3012404Chev/CDN 396 Auto trans. Rad code stamped "CE". Same part number for 427 Auto trans. No code.
3014454 CDN 396/427 Stand trans, HD 1.75" core. (supersedes 3012344)
So I'd say it's definitely a yes between a 67 396 Impala and Grande. The really only differences I see are: one Rad being Standard Duty Auto/Std trans, and Heavy Duty Auto/Std trans, along with a BB Air con rad. I think all could go between either, with a different fan spacer. The bolt holes, hoses and lines should be in the same spots.
The part number should appear somewhere on the rad along with the code. Impala Rads may have the Harrison name somewhere on the top tank. I don't think the Canadian cars had any manufacturer named... perhaps "Made in Canada" somewhere?
Cheers.

Thank you Cdnpont for that great info. I would like to put the word out there that I'm looking for the biggest/most effective rad that would be correct for a 1967 model big block 4 speed Parisienne. I don't mind getting an older unit re-cored. Does anybody know where I could find an H/D 4 speed radiator? Thanks.
Hey thanks Mark. That is really great info. Looks like that US radiator piece would be perfect for a "correct" restoration of a L36 M20 car. IE- my convertible. I sure appreciate your advice.
I'd like to ask also- would this radiator be up to the task of something like a 496 setup? Or would something less correct looking but more effective be available and/or recommended for that? I'm just curious about it more than anything. I like stock appearance when possible but have always wanted to go with a big cube engine in some other car someday and not have to worry too much about factory correct appearance.
John, if you can live without a stock appearing rad, then Champion is the brand I swear by.
My 5 year old, simple and cheap, 2 row Champion rad and overflow tank cools my new 10.4:1 496 perfectly! Have yet to see over 190 (mech temp gauge), even while sitting stopped. Now mind you, I have aluminum heads, a good pump, high flow ratio pulley, high flow stat, and fan, and paid very close attention to the relation of the shroud to fan, but to be truthful I wasn't sure all this would be enough for a bigger, higher compression engine. It is, no issue. The overflow worked perfect, I fed coolant to it whenever I've come back from a evening run, and in the morning the system had taken it in when it cooled... just to amount it needed. I'm using basic CARQUEST branded, universal green coolant mixed exactly 50/50 with tap water.
This rad cools the BB exactly the same as my HO350. If anything the temperature even stays more constant with the BB.
I think the top tank on the newer Champion 4 row have rounded ends, so they don't look so dorky. You could even paint the whole thing black if you wanted.
