Thanks for the pic. Wiring for something? I have an aftermarket wiring harness so I really don't need that one everything is going to come out of one hole.

In my case it is the wiring from the wiper motor to the switch. Having said that, my motor was replaced a few years back and I'm only guessing that it wasn't rerouted.

Just wondering what aftermarket wiring kit you used on your Beaumont, and where you bought it? I always wondered if there was a difference on a Beaumont because of the Chevy engine compartment, and plugging in to a Lemans or GTO type interior cluster.
My understanding is the Beaumont wiring is different from the Chevelle and GTOs. I will have to use some of my old wire harness plugs however all the wires appear to be all the same colors.
Where does the speedo cable go? Is that where they go on Beaumont?
The speedo on mine goes below the steering column hole. I was reading though on Team Chevelle there was two different spots. The hole below the steering column hole was for autos and there was a hole on the passenger side firewall somewhere for the Muncie trans. I can't confirm this cause I only have one hole on my car and its a factory manual car.

I found where I had read about the two holes. I reread what was said an it makes more sense to me now cause my car was a 3 speed, so the hole below the steering column would be correct for my car.
The person that wrote that is Bill Waters from Winnipeg. He has a really sweet 66 Chevelle. I've never seen it in real.
I bumped into my neighbour at a repair shop today so I asked him. He says that hole is on the passenger side of the brake booster/master cylinder, towards the tunnel.
