That's a difficult question to answer without pictures for reference & GM Docs to prove it's the real deal. It always amazes me to hear another 67SD has been unearthed. How many of the 451 factory big block cars still exist? Hard to say... I'd venture to say 75% ...based on how many are on this great website.

(In BC) a car like what your describing will fetch 25K all day long... and restored 45-55K easy.

I'll put my neck on the chopping block and say anything under $25K is a steal and anything over $35K would take the right buyer. I hope some others are brave enough to take a shot at it now that I did!

Another member had a similar condition 67 SD for sale on here couple years ago was an auto. I want to say original engine. \was a red car painted butternut years ago aswell. Paint needed to be redone so i assume was like your car paintwise or maybe worse.

He had 25k usd on it. I was interested when i thought it was in cdn $. Dont think it ever sold, it had been on for almost a year for sale on here.

As said 25-35k range i agree for your car.

My Guess on 451 made...1967 Beaumont Sport Deluxe:

^^ +10% left = +/- 50 examples
Also, half may no longer be a numbers match.

$25-30k assuming the body is very solid, the car is clean and presents well.

The car that you are describing sounds like one I saw for sale from B.C online back in 2004.  Deepwater Blue with black, it had standard steering & manual metallic brakes, thermostatic fan, 3.55 Positraction, buckets & console, defogger, AM radio with aux. rear speaker. Shown attachment as it appeared in 2004:

When I was looking for a Beaumont I looked at this car. It was a very nice car and in great shape I think the asking price was about $30,000 then. It did sell and I believe went to Ontario. When you think about it prices have not changed a whole lot, unless this car would be more like $45,000 now?

here is my take on this i looked for a documented 67 beaumont sd for 6 years .the right one came along from bc and i paid close to 40 k for it plus transportation to ontario.if the car is clean and solid and well documented i think at 40 was a fair price.and to top it all i am getting it repainted for the paint job was an 8 compared to my liking.as you can see from my profile the car already looked good.in ontario these cars are very scarce
