Just rec'd water pump for '72 Lincoln 460, twenty something dollars.

Dealt with them for ages, never an issue.

Does using the discount code provided on the Canadian Pontiac Website provide any benefit to this site?

One can always find a discount code by googling, but I've used the one given on the site exclusively since in case it does.

I tried to order 5 WIX XP oil filters, but the RockAuto website structure was convoluted to put it mildly...user friendly doesn't come to mind.

Plus - there is a useless "Help" function and no phone number (on website) to talk to a real person.

Also having been fraud'ed 2x's, for $14,500 (my Master Card sent to scammer in TX) & another instance to the tune of $8,000.
- didn't cost me anything, because I filed a Police Report / but my land line rang & rang & rang, over a 2 year period...from stupid Collections
- so I like to give my credit card info, over the phone...doing this for years

So this week I placed my filter order with Filter1 instead...their website was easy & logical, adding to cart...since I already had my part numbers.
- maybe RockAuto will read this feedback / I'd be happy to share my frustrating experience

I can understand the frustration in doing business on-line. I also read reviews that reported Rock Auto support is weak, but they seem to be the "middleman" between a part supplier and buyer.

A friend told me about Rock Auto but I was sceptical about placing an order and providing credit card info. Well, I broke down and ordered a pair of struts through Rock Auto after my service dealer told me they couldn't get the struts. I found it easy to search for the parts and enter my order. The struts were by far less expensive than I thought, and the package arrived a week earlier than the date I was told.

I will definite use Rock Auto again.
