A friend just stopped by to show me his new acquisitions. He's got a 1976 red Cadillac. I have to admit to only ever seeing these parts with a clear or black knob.
I was impressed, NOS cranks he found in California in red !! He said there are blue ones available as well and encouraged me to get them for the LeMans.
I don't know if you count white as coloured, but my 67 Parisienne has white window crank knobs with parchment interior. I also have gold knobs from a gold interior 1967 Parisienne.

My friend said that GM offered 4 additional coloursother than opaque and black, being Red, Blue, White and Gold. So yes White is one of them according to Dangerous Dave. I've never seen them until tonight.
the 67 one are uique as the knob is thinner or narrower than the ones in rays pics. Just about all the 1967 gm cars had the color coded knobs. Not sure about the novas tho. Fulsize and beaumonts for sure.
i think in about 68 or 69 the new style fatter thicker knobs came out, and used up thru the early 80's.

MY BEAUMONT HAS 4 STUDDED TIRES AND 2 BLOCKHEATERS......AND LOTS OF OIL UNDERNEATH. The other one has a longer roof.
Thnaks Guru, I am referring to the ones pictured not some other style in earlyier cars, as you said the style pictured is for sure a 1969 and onwards piece.
In viewing the parts warehouse catalogues last night on line there is no evidence of anything other than black or opaque as far as restoration parts go.

Here are a couple of pics of a spare white window crank for '67 Parisienne. Also a pic of the gold knobbed cranks off a spare door I picked up. The knobs are tapered or contoured at the back compared to the ones Ray shows in red. Hopefully the pieces are not too dirty to look at!
