1968 Beaumont or Chevelle ???

Hello to all, i am a big time lurker on this board who rarely post but really appreciative of all the knowledgeable membership.

Before pulling the trigger on a 1968 project car i am trying to figure out if it is a Chevelle or a Beaumont.

Ontario title say, CHEV for make and ELL for model...

Vin is 7356781110169

Anyone can help me clear that out ?

This mean that the car that i am lurking does not have the original engine...the car is powered by a V8...

Yes, it would have to be a 73667 for a V8 convertible Beaumont.

Oh, and 735 is a 6 cylinder Custom, 736 is a V8 Custom.
