65 rear window seal chrome dividers

Hi all! Looking for chrome divider strips for rear side windows for my 65 parisienne convertible. Mine are sad and rusted out. Don't really need the windows as mine are ok and bit harder and more expensive to send to australia.

I can pay for windows as well, just send the chrome trim. I know it's not right really but I don't mind breaking the windows and sending trim if it is easier. Some may think it's a travesty but to get parts in australia you do what you gotta...

so if you are willing and are ok to send to Oz, I would appreciate it.

thank you.

You likely saw in your thread where I posted that the seal that slides into it is convertible only, which I assume would mean this piece is also convertible only.

Curious....do all convertibles of all GM 1965 makes and models have identical windows and chrome trim?

How about other years (1966), are they the same as the 1965 ?

quarter glass chrome trim. Will be the same on all GM  'B' body convertibles and hardtops 65 - 66. ( Pontiac, impala, Olds 88, Buick Lesabre & Wildcat). Should be around $75.00 US pair

Interesting. The trim is the same, hardtop and convert but the seal that slides into it is unique to each body style? Any idea what the difference is Dale? Or is it just the GM # is different but part looks the same?

I should have some spare hardtop side glass. I can dig them out and see what shape they are in and compare to the convert. Then go from there.

Should get a chance Saturday. Will be much easier in daylight. This dark at 5pm really doesn't help for digging around in the sheds.

Well looks like the trim is the same to me.

Top is convert bottom hardtop

Camera angle a little off but they are the same.

Now both have some little rust bumps on the inside edge and the left outer has some minor scratches. Right one looks nice.

Let me know if you want me to try and separate them from the glass and send them to you.

Clamp lower glass frame to a workmate, bench etc. Start at the top should peel right off...might need to flip over and tap as to not tweak (spread) the moulding.
