Thank you Rock Auto!!


Just wanted to say that i'm SUPER happy with the service, price, and fast delivery from Rock Auto! Just ordered some stuff for the 65 parisienne..........new turn signal switch, battery tray, dome light lenses(can't believe you had them!), horn switch parts, and some other doo dads. Just put the order in last Friday and it showed up this morning! no extra border charges or anything like that either.

 That's the way ALL U.S. purchases should work! (but they don't always do)

I have had a great experience with Rock Auto as well. Selection of parts is very good, and delivery without being overcharged for brokerages etc has been very good. I am about to order up some more parts as well in the near future but found the site, selection, all very positive.

Well I must say I don't like doing this but I am having a crazy hard time to get Rockauto to get back to me on a shipment that never made it to me. Very small order of a couple gaskets and when I inquire it just keeps saying that it was shipped on such and such a day and you received it on such and such a day but I never. Talked to the shippers who were very courteous and they promptly told me that the package never was sent to their depot for the shipping to begin with and hence we weren't able to follow the tracking. Tried to place the order again with a message that says this is a re order and I never received the first order but that didn't go through so nothing gained there. I understand they don't want a customer phone line but man if they don't let my message get through for them to get in touch with me I get somewhat frustrated. I've even messaged the rep here from Rockauto and haven't had a reply. Tried numerous times to reply with order number on order returns and again messages don't seem to go through. There are times when I miss talking to a friendly voice on the other end and getting things solved. I've lost count how many times I've tried this now as it goes back to September. Other experiences were positive but I've hit a road block here now.

I think I finally got a message through to them. Asked for a record of past orders and it gave a chance to reply. Phone number basically tells you that they don't offer customer service which makes sense but she just put me back to the Help area where you just get automatic responses.

Just got a reply and everything sorted out, order on its way. Thought there might be an easier way to get through but will have no trouble next time. When it tells you that you've received it, it doesn't want to believe anything else.
