That's a little nicer than where I am today. We have a wind warning with 100k gusts (150k on the Northumberland Strait so the bridge and ferry is closed). Our power just came back on.

FYI this is southport, north of surfers paradise. Installing an automatic door operator in a leve 23 apartment of a 25 level low care retirement highrise!
the pools you see below is the swimming and diving venue for the gold coast 2018 commonwealth games. The triathalon and marathon will also go past here. Great spot.
