1957 pathfinder value

I am looking at buying a 1957 pontiac pathfinder 2 door hardtop. I am juts wondering what a fair price to pay for the car would be? It is 283 v8 auto. Bodywork and paint has been done a few years ago aswell as the interior. The bumpers have been rechromed the rest is original. Thanks for the help.

heres a 4 door for comparison .    I would think a nice hardtop from out West would be 18-25 thousand

Carl, you crack me up because that person is asking $29,000 for that four door. So called "values" mean nothing because it is what ever the market can bare and what a person is willing to pay. It is near impossible to get a real straight answer as to what anything is actually worth. Cheers. George

I agree with George, it is what the market will bear. I personally would not put a value on a car for someone else without actually seeing it and checking it out. There are so many variables with old cars and I would want to be fair to both vendor and purchaser.
