The only way I give up the one I have is if you find me a nice Ford like the one you have Johnnee!
fixed it

That ebay listing certainly gets an A+. What a great listing.
And I spent about 20 minutes looking at pictures. Aside from the lower front fenders that car sure looks to be solid original metal, a rare find for sure.
Sadly, I am betting it won't pass 6K on ebay.

I must say that the 66 Grande is quite nice. The steering wheeel, padded door panels, the dash and the instruments are quite attractive, and the dash strap by the glove box I think is more sexier than my 68. Sweet car, I like it. I must say that I like front end more on a 66 more than the 67. I apologize to all 67 owners as that is a horrible thing to say but the 66 is sweet IMOP!
All in all, this is a very nice looking car, I can't say enough good things about the interior. Funny how certain aspects of a car such as this interior just draw you in. It really pulls me in for sure!

Americans won't often buy Cdn Pontiacs, maybe if it was a BB 4 speed but not likely a 283 PG car. Ebay is not a good place to sell most cars out of Canada, but is a good place to find buyers. I'd say you are right on the $6K Carl, may be high?

I agree... It won't go high on E-bay . Seller wants 15,600 cdn for it . and its in Canada
I'd buy it in a flash for 10 grand, but I'd never insult him with such a low offer .... I have 2 fenders and a big block .

2 fenders and a big block??? I didn't want to say it but that was exactly what I was thinking! Drop a 427 in there and a TH400 and I am really getting excited! 427 Carl, stop it already! Lol

Very nice, very early production car. I wouldn't exactly call it loaded though as it came with a pretty ordinary load of options and the standard engine in a Grande.
However that hot looking interior looks as though the car either came straight from or is heading straight to hell so that turns me on!
Its kind of a really neat contrast to the mild exterior for sure.
If my wife wasn't around I'd probably buy it, stuff in a 396/400 TH that i happen to have sitting around in a rusty 66 Parisienne and sell it pretty darn quickly.
The 283 is such a gem I'd just keep it to look at.

I had a 66 big inch, big block with a 400 turbo switched to a 4 speed for $3500 and ruined the car (in my opinion)
It was way more fun to drive with auto . It ran 13.30 at 101 in 2nd gear at the track .
second pedals are like baby boomers . soon to be dead and gone
Johnee, you are so right! But in actuality, this is a 3 way battle as I am actually a "Carl" as well! JP Carl, but I thought I would go as Jake on Poncho, my first name as there were already too many Carl's on here already!

I think we ALL should be thankful.......that they don't buy our Canadian Pontiacs..
That way, they will stay in Canada......and still be affordable......for us to enjoy...
