Well how cool is that? That is a lifetime trophy.

And happy retirement. Now get at it, you have a car to do!

Congratulations Darryl!

Did they let you take the art home with you?  It's look good in your shop/garage.

CPP? Don't think you're up to the other pension yet from what I recall.

Did you have your last day already? If not we should meet downtown for coffee.

Friday was my last day. I'm only 57, so I'm probably going to get some dicky-doo part time job once the snow melts, just to get me out a couple days a week, and put some change in my pocket.

No honey-do list. She has never made one ... Why start now.smile And yes, I am a little devilish Ken.qqq

The women who drew it did research on '64 Parisienne CSs, they only got a few things wrong (but I didn't tell them). Notice the single exhaust is on the wrong side, they gave it a rear antenna, square side mirrors, and Pontiac arrowhead is wrong, but they did a A-1 job.smile It is on a work whiteboard, so I couldn't take it home.

Thanks for the congrats!

They must have liked you, to do that for you. Now you'll be busier than ever! Retirement doesn't seem to give you more time........

They should have taken the white board off the wall and presented it to you! biggrin

Now to figure out what you will do with all that free time!  wink *cough*'64PontiacCustomSport*cough*

Hello Darryl

Congratulations on the retirement! Nice when people make the effort to do things like that artwork. Now you will find out that you have less time than you ever thought you had.

Enjoy the retirement and get to work on the car.

Luppy

Those will probably be easier to find wall space for, rather than a white board that nobody can ever touch lest the artwork be ruined...

I won't ask about the first aid items... wink

Congratulations Darryl
enjoy your time. here what not to do.
don`t let this happen to anyone
I took my CCP at 60 just to have a little extra while i worked for the next 5 years.
well that was a mistake ! less than one year later i was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and would not be able to return to work.
heres the catch... once you have taken your CCP the Government considers you retired and you are no longer eligible
for long term disability, and your left trying to get by on a CCP pension.. nice eh

 I'm waiting until 65.

Sorry to hear of your illness. It's something that you don't expect or want in any new phase of your life.
