66 beaumont front turn signals

Hi

Does any one have some complete front turn signals for a 1966 Beaumont with clear lenses?

Thanks Bert

Re: front marker lights

As far as I know, knowone is repopping much of anything for Beaumonts. There are a few scripts and stuff out there but I think the only way you're going to find the lenses you want is to find a nice used pair and that ain't gonna be easy. I've owned 3 Beaumonts over the years (68, 69, and a 66) and the Beaumont specific stuff is as rare as hens teeth for the most part.

Re: front marker lights

Red is correct. It took me 4 years to find a set of clear front turn signal lenses for my 68.

Re: front marker lights

I bought new clear lenses from http://www.peninsularestoration.com/
they had them hanging on the wall.

John Auberry
Thanks for the tip - NPD does list both amber and clear lenses for 64 and 67 Chevelle parking lamp lenses. I have been told that the Chevelle & Beaumont front lenses were interchangeable.
Anybody know if the 67 lenses will work on a 66?

Re: front marker lights

I picked up a great tip at:

www.dtstainless.com

Apparently the rear backup assembly for a 66 Chevelle is interchangeable with the front marker/signal lights on a 66 beaumont with slight modification (I'm guessing the mod would be to convert from single element bulb to a two-element bulb?).

That's good news!

EDIT: It must be the '67 Chevelle back up lamp. The '66 bears no resemblance...
