Wiring loom 68 Parisenne RHD 4dr

Hi all

I have seen new complete wiring looms interior, engine bay, dash etc available for various GM cars but does anyone make them for a 68 Parisienne 4dr. I am thinking since I have gone this far with the resto the last thing I need is problems with 50 year old wiring. I will definitely need to change the fuse box.

Thanks for your time

Do you mean harness perhaps? Have a look in here:

Look for 1968 Impala Four Door. But only SOME harnesses will be the same or similar. Depends what you need, best to be specific and ask here first!

Yes the wiring harness, sorry for the Australian, region specific, terminology, lol. Thank you for the info, will start researching.

Ah, then it might take even more creativity. If I recall correctly, an Australian RHD 68 would use a 1965 Chevrolet dash board, so it -might- use a 1965 Chevrolet dash harness. Or it might not, but those are the little puzzles!

As far as I know and can see, yes it was the 65 impala dash that was used. In fact the whole interior is based on the Impala

I will try to remember to check the parts book later. It does list RHD stuff, so who knows?

It does indeed list RHD harnesses... though I wasn't able to cross-reference the 1969 RHD body harness to anything else, for example. So I don't know how useful knowing the old part numbers is, but they're there!
