Good score! i must say i was kind of drooling over that car. You have lots of options now. Either restore it or put a 327 back in it (it would still be a really nice car with that combo) and use the 409 for something else. Or just drive it and enjoy for quite a while
Lots of great potential in a bunch of directions!

'64 Parisienne CS "barn find" - last on the road in '86 ... Owner Protection Plan booklet, original paint, original near-mint aqua interior, original aqua GM floor mats, original 283, factory posi, and original rust.
It probably weighs the same as the G8.............. I think the G8 is about 4100 lbs. I like that sound, and the tach kinda flips sideways in a hurry.

(I can't believe someone hasn't already said that!)
Getting Joel's one family (his) owner 1964 Parisienne Convertible would also be well worth a feature spot.
This 64 ragtop has had quite an interesting life........but maybe getting Joel to tell it would be like pulling teeth.

LOL I can assure you pulling teeth can be easier some times!
I've been procrastinating on writing up a story for my ragtop. Problem is, it has so much history its hard to know what to put in and what to leave out. I will get around to it hopefully sooner than later!

Joel, don't leave anything out.... I think you need to document the 54 years of history this car has and what
better place than Canadian Poncho.......it's a great story.

Maybe a video documentation would work?

Joel, all these years I've had this nagging question: What does "goushdds" mean?
my nick name growing up was always goush (last 5 letters of my last name) and then I added DDS to my email and screen names, once I got my degree.....Hence the tooth pulling comments
RootCanal was taken? I always used SSDD, but DDSS would work too for you?
