65 Parisienne trim needed


I am in the middle of a frame off restoration on a 65 Parisienne convertible

Also changing it to a custom sport

I need Parisienne emblems for the rear quarters also the Custom Sport emblems on front fenders, trunk and console

Yes, perfect place to post it but I suspect the lack of replies is an indicator this stuff could be a tough find.

Are you looking for the wide ribbed pieces or the approx 2" wide stainless that goes on top of the ribbed pieces as a finishing strip? I have some each but only a complete set of the ribbed pieces. Let me know what pieces you need. Also the clips are very hard to find. May have some spares of those as well.

I talked to Dave, formerly Tin Man Auto, on the phone today.

He tells me he sold all the vehicles but still has not sold the parts inventory. However, he is retired. He says if he continues to try to sell off the parts as he was, his retirement would end in short order because it wuld be a full time job.

He's between a rock and a hard place. He has parts that guys could use but he also is retired and plans to stay that way. It's sad to hear there is lots of stuff just sitting there, but what does a guy do?
