What would be special about a 409/M40? That's just a TH400 isn't it? Or did they not normally overlap (ie: the TH400 didn't come out in time to be paired behind a 409?)

Yes, it's just a TH400 but I just don't think it was ever an available combination.

As always, willing to learn if I'm wrong.
