70 Acadian factory build sheet

Hey team. Need some help with decoding.

I recently found my factory build sheet hog ringed to the back seat kinda hidden.

It is a mystery car for sure. We also know they took nova off the assembly line to rebadge as an Acadian.

Ok all the options etc match my car except this is a build sheet for a Nova. 

Help with these codes please:

PLT OPT 16:  WRN

TRIM COMBO : 740

 

P P :  4

 

NEXT line of options  first box can only see a 4 as last digit. 

Box 2:  B90

Box3:  FLT

Box 4: zj3  box 5 : zj5

 

Thanks for help. Can' seem to find list of codes that were once posted.
