The turquoise 64 Impala belongs to my good friends father. They just completed the restoration last year. Really nice car, and a TON of money spent on it. Started out as a basket case, now look at it!
Tonight was one of the times it paid off to be short... I got to drive the Drag Week Corvette out of the convention center and down Broadway to Memorial to load up.
HOW AWESOME WAS THAT !! Seriously... John just says "GET IN you're driving it out! WOW!!
John and Dave are great guys it was a blast helping him set up and tear down for the show... Never expected to get to drive !!

Well that sucks. I know you and I may be biased but as I recall you and I heard the same thing last year from lots of people, "this is the coolest section in the whole show".
