1974 Pontiac Lemans

$3,500.00

Moving and new garage won't fit this monster.

Car is 100% all original. It works perfectly, starts everytime and can be driven anywhere. Won't better than most new cars.

Has 350/350 with the original 2bbl. Service records go with the car and tell a great story as to why it's in such great shape.

Clean machine. Hope she goes to a good home and not a house of horrors.

Hopefully someone would spruce it up a bit  in keeping with factory available options...

Or you could run it as is:

I wonder if that Kijiji one has an orange Chevrolet 350 or a blue Pontiac 350? Probably the Chevy, but both were offered in Canada.

Canadian LeMans specifications

If it were mine I would try to keep it clean & stock, especially since it made it this far in that condition. In 1974 you could get that car with 14" wheels & bias ply tires  or optionally 15" radials with RTS suspension.

While it is true that the Blue block 350 could be built and sold in Canada in some specific cases, I have only ever seen one Oshawa built blue block LeMans of this era which was export production destined to be sold in West Virginia.

Wondering which colour this car is, or was it repainted a modern colour?

I'm thinking it looks more modern...

Definitely looks like #26 Regatta Blue. I remember that colour when these cars were new and I liked it back then. Not a subtle blue. The picture below is a fairly accurate representation of that colour, whereas the blue Le Mans sedan picture I posted earlier isn't.

I think you're right!  It also compares favourably with this '74 Astre from the brochure:

Ad is no longer there - looks like it has been sold, or maybe the owner read Darryl's comment and decided to leave it outside? wink
