This car is literally across the Strait from where I am. 90% original paint. Owner says one fender and trunk lid have been repainted. No rust repairs ever."Could use paint"  $4500. Make a good LS powered sleeper! smile

Here's the original thread about the car: canadianponcho.activeboard.com/t60831891/72-ventura-sedan-on-kijiji-pei/

I assume this guy paid less than the original $3000 price. Thanks for refreshing my memory John.

Yep, that looks like the one.  Was seriously considering buying it at the PEI advertised price, but not at the flipper price.  On the plus side it has come down $1500 in price since 2 years ago.  Maybe in another 2 years it'll be at the 'right price' again... wink

Edit: The ad in Todd's post disappeared.  Here's one that still works: https://www.kijiji.ca/v-classic-cars/new-glasgow-ns/1972-ventura/1349672438?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true

This is bizarre... for some reason people seem to keep buying the car but nobody really wants it - yet another flip with the car now back in its home province.  Are there that many people in the hobby just to make money, or do people buy the car, change their minds and decide to sell it again??  What a shame that the car can't end up in the hands of somebody who will enjoy and appreciate it for what it is.
