No a/c was typical back then. Chevy 350 so I'm assuming a Canadian-built car.
That is kind of a neat car. Buckets with no console Luxury Le Mans with all emblems (the rear side windows are missing moldings so perhaps the vinyl roof cover was replaced at some point. Price seems fair, although a proper buyer inspection is in order.

I've seen the car driving around Barrie in the summer for many years. Sorry to hear the owner has passed away. Pretty hard to find a one owner anything of that age! Price seems very fair to me.
They should have did a quick clean up on the car before taking photos and listing it for sale.

No question Cam, Oshawa built car. Buckets or divided seat with armrest were standard in 1973 but a console was optional, the car has a upgraded steering wheel and clock in cluster. Those side window moldings were plastic and many are long gone from cracking and peeling. I don't recall that colour as a 1973 offering though the closest in a grey tone would have been ascot silver and that is definitely not ascot silver.
