!962 Pontiac Catalina

Hi Everyone

New to the site, I'm restoring a 1962 Pontiac Catalina 4 door sedan for a friend. Car is not to bad in shape other then the trunk floor pan.

Any one know what years and model would fit it or where I could purchase, would prefer Canada as I'm from Niagara Falls and crazy exchange.

I'm sure I will be posting more questions as I move along this project.

Thanks

Hector

Welcome here Hector.

I don't know these cars real well but it looks like 61-64 is the same.

61-64 US made Catalina or Grand Prix as they have the shorter trunks (gp 62-64)

Only reproduction is this piece and it not that great. the stamping of the lines are not as defined as original, but it does fit.

C2C makes these parts and they are sold through several vendors.

I had all my 1957 Pontiac chrome done by Cambridge Chrome in Cambridge, Ontario in 1997 and all these years later it is still beautiful. There is no way for me to vouch for them today but my work then was perfect in every way. I would stay clear of the Plating House in Toronto, if they are still around. The owner was the biggest douch bag that ever lived.  Good luck with your search but prepare your self for spending lots of cash.
