As a kid growing up then, i remember our next door neighbour buying a new 68 Buick four door hardtop. My dad had a 67 Buick Special sedan and even then i thought the 67 was better looking than the 68. Still...... i always thought those 68's were great looking cars. I might add that my dads 67 had the standard cast iron V-6 not the optional V-8. I learned to drive on that 67 and to this day, when i see one .................. i love it, 67 or 68.

All this car needs is to lose all the Kmart custom crap that is on it. .
Agreed. If I were to buy it that would be the first thing I'd do with it, though the spots must have had holed drilled to put them on, so they would probably have to stay, unfortunately.
I have to say, I've never really understood the draw of mounting spotlights on your car. To me they've always seemed useless and ugly. I guess I'm too young to understand?

in the 40's and 50's spot lights were part of the after market to have items. Remember those were the days of custom cars, dual exhausts and lowered rears. and cruiser skirts

Yeah, I get the feeling it was just before my time. When I grew up the cool thing was jacking up the rear suspension and putting on side pipes, which has also passed by the wayside. To each his own.
'64 Parisienne CS "barn find" - last on the road in '86 ... Owner Protection Plan booklet, original paint, original near-mint aqua interior, original aqua GM floor mats, original 283, factory posi, and original rust.
That looks like Pontiac rocker trim. I'm pretty sure Buick's never had the "350" moniker.
I've been looking at that trim and thinking Pontiac too, also the trim on the upper fenders and doors looks like the stick on trim from Canadian Tire, etc.
