'69 Beaumont $5000 kijiji NS

Not mine... just saw it on kijiji and thought somebody on CP might be interested.

1969 Pontiac Beaumont all original

$5,000.00

Looking at selling my 1969 Pontiac Beaumont it's a numbers matching car. I started to disassemble to restore but don't have the time to finish it. The vehicle starts and drives. I have done the brakes and front wheel bearings. The vehicle comes with 30yrs worth of receipts. This car would make an excellent project for restoration. It comes as a complete car. I have all the parts bagged for what I have removed so far. I'm looking to get 5000.00 for the car. It's priced fairly and am not interested in trades or low ball offers. The first 5000.00 I get takes it away. Please don't message me unless you have cash in hand, I will not hold. The history and being all original including engine and transmission makes it a steal at 5000.00. Thanks for reading my ad.

Instead of N02, it is Bud Light powered.

It's even on a trailer waiting for delivery to the new owner.

Those look like pre-disassembly photos, probably from when they bought the car.

It looks like it could be a decent deal, but there's no mention of drivetrain, so I'll have to assume 307 powerglide or similar.  What worries me is the photo of the left door and quarterpanel which look like there could be a fair amount of fill in them.  Could be the proverbial can of worms once you get into it, or could be quite good.  An in-person inspection would definitely be recommended.

Regardless, it is a '69 Beaumont 2-door hardtop, and they just don't make them anymore.  Unless it's a total rot box it would be worth doing, and the buy-in isn't all that bad, considering.

For $5k it's a good place to start on something that old and desirable. If I were in the market- or like playing with cars again- I'd have it here putting in my BBC that's sitting on a stand. But that's me........
