On my path to work there is a goose nest just about 50 feet off the road. I periodically check to see if they are hatched yet and she hisses pretty good at me, all the while moving maybe 10' away from me. So far they aren't hatched but I'm suspecting once they hatch she may go into attack mode when I stop to check.
