Museum was everything and more than what Id been told. What I liked was it wasnt just Fords but a real mix of all makes of automobiles and info on them. Will try load a few pictures here.
Another cool part is in behind the museum is an operating village called Greenfield Village. Steam engine runs around the perimeter and a half dozen old cars are driving the streets able to pick you up if you need a lift.
I first went to the Henry Ford museum in 1989 as part of the Classic Chevy Club Convention in Dearborn. I first went to the Greenfield Village in 2007. Both places i could easily spend a few days in because i love industrial history. I have been back to the Henry Ford Museum at least seven times since 1989. I can never get enough of that amazing place. I would recommend both places to anyone but i have a recommendation, take someone that is like minded as far as the love for this kind of history. If you go with folks that do not care then they will drag you down and you will waste your trip. I have gone a number of times on my own and that way i fully enjoy the experience. Cheers.
