What I am seeing is a 1966 Parisienne convertible in Tahitian Turquoise (dark) with a white convertible top. For a '66 it goes without saying that it came off the line in Oshawa. The trim tag shows it to be an export RHD. The C30 I haven't seen but it probably is for the unique heater that the RHD cars used (C48 is heater delete, C60 is a/c). I also see that it is a Powerglide car. Car was built 2nd shift on February 18, 1966.
RHD convertible are rare! Usually it was just the 4-door sedans & 4-door hardtops that were built in RHD configuration.

Hi Cameron, wow that is awesome, thanks heaps for the info as it explains a lot.
Pity its currently in an Orange color with a Black top, interior is a white/cream color and I'm still working on trying to ID the engine.
I thought the 2 door convertible may be a little rare, so could be lucky here, just a great looking shape. I note it has 'Custom sport" emblems on the front guards, however has the bench seat so aren't sure on that.
Also note the dash which is original, doesn't appear to match other '66s that I've seen in photos, a large round clock, central. I'll post some photo for curiosity as are looking for some parts around the dash.
You should contact GM Vintage Vehicle Services here in Canada. For a fee they should be able to provide you with all kinds of info about your car- build date, ship date, options, production numbers etc. www.vintagevehicleservices.com/
As far as the interior code goes, 565 in the U.S. represent a Bonneville bench seat in bronze leather & vinyl, which it certainly isn't in this case. The best way to decode is for somebody with a 1966 Canadian Pontiac parts book to chime in. If the car were a Custom Sport it should show A51 on the trim tag (1966 only). I didn't think that buckets & console were offered on the RHD 1966 Pontiacs.
The funny heater that is probably represented by C30 is shown below:
Here's what I'm able to break the numbers down as ( lots of repeat of what is above.) Style 76467EXP = 1966 Parisienne 8 cylinder for export 2-2-18 = 2nd shift on February 18th Body 746197 = consecutive production line number Paint L = Tropic turquoise Metallic ( enamel ) Trim 565 = Fawn colour as found on 763 and 764 cars ( Parisiennes 6 cyl and 8 cyl ) except bucket seats. In other words a bench seat. C30 = ? i suspect Cam is bang on M35 = Power glide transmission Top10 = white power top
Other posters are bang on about the dash configuration out of a Chevrolet.

Love the look of your '66. First time I have seen the dash of an exported '66. Completely different from mine. I also notice that the wipers have a different configuration, going from the center in opposite directions. Where on mine they go in the same direction to the drivers side. I think that someone added the extra hood ornament as well. Hope you are able to find the parts that you are in need of. And welcome to the site you will find lots of help here.
Once again, you guys amaze me with your knowledge and I'm so pleased I found this forum.
George - Yes you're right the Chev dash looks like the donor and I even noted the Dash knobs and bezels are what I'm looking for so that's saved asking that question. So many similarities, like the indicator and shift levers, and the wheel, which is also the same however mine has the Parisienne center.
Todd - That's my next step is to purchase one of these, thanks for the link.
Cameron - That heater is mine all over, however is disconnected, strange setup??? Your photo is a nice example.
Ted - Thanks as you and the others have now filled in all the gaps.
Yes, I was surprised with the wipers when first used/needed them as I thought by '66 the centre-out was obsolete, however I quite like it as its a little different.
Thanks again to you all and I'll post more photos for them that are curious.

Opposing wipers were used on all fullsize American Pontiacs but Canadian built cars used the Chevrolet wiper system. It's possible that export cars used the US wipers or that your car simply had the wipers replaced with used US parts.

Yes, 66 appears to have only one style for US models, 65 and older had both styles depending on whether they are single speed or two speed.
I have a 65 convertible. That is the correct setup, interior, dash etc for an export. Large dealerships ordered in convertibles so weren't assembled by GMH. Looks like the custom sport badge is an add on by someone or just a curiosity fitted by the dealer. Split bench is correct.
although it looks like the brake booster has been removed at some stage and reinstalled upside down. That vacuum line connection should be on the motor side...

Yeah, those crazy pages I posted did that. Earlier I posted them right from a USB stick and they went massive, which messed up the whole thread. I deleted that post and resized the pics before I reposted them but the damage was done...
