65 vert pillar door seal retainer. Which way is up?

hi all, which end is the top? This holds the door to windscreen pillar seal. Vent window frame closes against it. Thanks!

The end with the round cut out is the end that goes to the bottom as far as I can tell on mine. Had to do it by fell since the rubber is in the way. 

Maybe some one has the rubber off to have a better look.

I think you are correct luppy. Looking at the fixings and seals, i think that is how they have to go.
