Or it is at least this weekend, it's time for the Manitoba Stampede and Exhibition in Morris!

At least I sure hope so because this was the view out our living room window a few minutes ago...

Wearing red....just a Mountie chasing a speeder....what is the speed limit for horses?? Can't see them going past 50 shoes an hr?
