I have a Kijiji-Edmonton ad for that car from the summer of 2014. It was listed for $9,900 and advertised as having only 41,000 miles.
Slight donkish-ness to because of the wheels & tires but they didn't wreck the car's overall attitude. The Donk crowd has a thing for the early 70s GM B-bodies.
Nice herringbone pattern sport cloth, original! I'd believe the low mileage claim made in the original ad.
The ad said nothing about what was under the hood. I'm guessing a 350 because larger engines would have a grille badge.
