It's a little bit tough to see the monitor when a guy watches that news story. For some reason the picture gets blurry. It might be the tears. Wow, it's nice to see a news story like that for a change...

See? Don't lose faith in mankind. We hear about the bad side all the time, but there are many acts of kindness & generosity that we don't hear.

I have a Kijiji-Edmonton ad for that car from the summer of 2014. It was listed for $9,900 and advertised as having only 41,000 miles.

Slight donkish-ness to because of the wheels & tires but they didn't wreck  the car's overall attitude. The Donk crowd has a thing for the early 70s GM B-bodies.

Nice herringbone pattern sport cloth, original! I'd believe the low mileage claim made in the original ad.

The ad said nothing about what was under the hood. I'm guessing a 350 because larger engines would have a grille badge.

Yeah great end result from an otherwise sad story. Lot of generous people out there and even some of these go fund me pages are examples of it too.

Todd and his partners are such great gentlemen , that run EG Auctions ,...I am 100% not surprised ! Congrats to EG Auctions , all the employees , the 3 successful bidders on the car , plus all the people that made donations to the family ! Makes you proud to be n Albertan and a Canadian ! What a great story , from a tragic accident...
