Winnipeg coffee break?

Over the last couple of weeks I've talked to a number of local CP members and the general consensus is that we are way overdue for a coffee break!

An evening, a Saturday?

Would you guys like to drive to Morris and hang out in our garage some time on a Saturday? Or should we wait for winter to do that?

Ideas please.

Its still warm enough to bring the cars out. Now that cottage season is just about done, how about coffee on a saturday night.

it could be in morris with a bucket of timmies.

I got a PM suggesting maybe the start of October might be better, and I kind of like that idea. September seems to end up being a month we scramble to get stuff done before it gets cold out.

Should we wait?

Sounds like we'll wait then. Seems to be better for most of us. No surprise!

Do you guys want to plan a trip here then? Or maybe one when it's cold out rather? I'll gladly host one in the garage again, I don't think I've done that since we moved to town.

Early October would work and a Saturday would be very good.  But, would early afternoon like right after lunch be OK?  I would be OK with early afternoon like 1.30 pm ish, then we would have time for coffee, donuts, time to put our cars up on your hoist for close inspection??

I am ok with that scenario?

I think that's a great idea, or even start with breakfast, either or is fine. That way our spouses can get the attention they deserve on Saturday night and they can't complain we are spending "woman" time with the car guys instead of them.

You guys organize what ever works for you and I will see what I can get away with. biggrin
As the kids activities are now finalized for the fall session, I have Thursday evenings free and some Saturday afternoons/evenings no Other than that at least 1 child has something on, and then throw my wife's work schedule in the mix, I won't know if I am coming or going until Christmas.....

So once something is planned out i will see what I can arrange.
