I think it is a 61, but it is a "Highlander" step through. Needs front wheel, seat, ass't engine parts, etc., they can be found on the 'bay. 5 hp, has compression & spark. Carb needs a couple of parts, float needle & idle mixture srew/spring, but it would run with them. Great litt...

They are clearly a reproduction on vinyl coated stock. I recall a neighbour who works in a print shop gave it to me years ago....
