i just took the rear bumper off the 4 dr sedan , noticed that the piece of metal between bumper and body is pretty rough. does any place make this or do i have to make a filler for it.

I sure wish they did. This is a part that you will need to fab. Probably the most rusted part of any 64-65 and they don't repo it, go figure.

from what I've heard.... the new one peice trunk floor has that portion..
I cant confirm that as I've not seen it in person.

I dont have a pic sorry but its the part rate behind the upper bumper area and below the trunk key hole that runs along from corner to corner IF THAT MAKES SENCE LOL TKS 65S/D

I try to take a few pic not shure if you can make it out the big part has the lower parts where the gas tank bolt on to the small one has the rubber trunk seal hanel let me if that make sense ha ha
its the small piece of metal that the rubber seal slips onto between the bumper and trunk . looks like it in image 4 and 5

You can buy everthing for the front of the car brand new but hang on to your wallet. I really want to try the new full skinned doors but would like somebody else to do it first. There about 500.00 a piece. I'm not sure if you can get it in Canada but Biscay's in Washington can do it. A member named Bud should be able to help you but he's out of Whiterock, BC. Hopefully he will see this post to give some advice.
Are you looking for some fenders for a 65 i have a set in good shape .I was going to keep them but if you need a set i may sell them .They will need a a bit of body wodk ,they have no rust let me no , email me rpoitras@ntl.sympatico.ca
