Did the 1969 Beaumont Custom with vinyl top all have rear side window corner moulding trim?

Hi everyone
I recently purchased a 69 Beaumont Custom and looking for some exterior trim info.
The car was originally purchased new from the dealership by my mother in 1969. She then sold it to my uncle in 1975 whom has owned it ever since until now.
Can anyone tell me if all vinyl tops have the curved moulding trim piece at the very back of the side rear windows where the window backs the vinyl top? Mine does not & after viewing many, many photos online could only find one other car without this piece.
Is mine missing or were some without? I asked my uncle and he said that he thought that this is how it originally was since all the exterior trim is original.
The first photo is of mine without the vinyl top corner window trim and the rest of the photos below show with the trim.
And if I am missing this trim piece, does anyone know what this piece is called and where I could find a set?
Welcome here. There's a number of experts here on your model (I am not one of them though!) so I'm sure an answer will be forthcoming.
In the meantime, can you post a picture of your cowl tag (on the firewall) to help out? That will likely indicate if the car was originally all one colour, two tone with that moulding as a divider, or an original vinyl top car. Also, it is quite common to see the two tone paint moulding ordered as an option on Beaumonts, and the cowl tag will indicate that as well.
I am not a Beaumont expert, but can offer some info.
The 2nd line has 5252 as the paint code. 52 is Red, and 5252 means both top and bottom were red. Also, there is no D99 code for a paint divider. So, I'd say the car was born as a red car with no paint divider, and the vinyl top was added.
Here's a photo of the trim tag on my 70 Parisienne. Notice the 5555 (Baja Gold) paint color for top and bottom, and the D99 "Special Two-Tone Paint, moulding" which also appears on my GM documentation.

Car likely had vinyl top installed at dealer, a common practice back then and therefore likely did not receive all of the trim that a factory car would have.

Thanks everyone
It looks like the vinyl top was a dealer installed item prior to initial sale and they may have omitted these trim pieces. Makes sense
Thanks again for the help. Now if i can just find a pair of these trim pieces to add would be great.

If it was a factory vinyl top it would also have code c08 on the cowl tag. It's called a vinyl top corner moulding and available from opg and other Chevelle online stores.

Not promoting any particular business, I was just curious if it was available and this one came up in the search. Since yours was probably dealer installed, you would probably want the whole kit to make it appear factory-installed.
Or, you could keep the car original to itself (i.e. it's had the dealer-installed mouldings since 1969) and retain what you have.

Thanks everyone for the help and advice.
I think that I am going to opt to keep the original dealer installed trim since it is original to itself, period correct and something "Different". Plus if I tried to install the factory trim kit, the exact cut of my vinyl top may not line up with the fit of the new trim kit for the edges.

Looks like a 68 Beaumont SD black interior buckets and console 350 hp 396 turbo 400 trany butternut yellow with a black painted roof and D99 roof trim.

Truth be told, if it were me that's what I would do. Even if it's not "factory" per se, it's original to your car and one of those things that make it a little different from the other ones. It's been this way for all this time may as well stay the same...
Plus you make a good point about the potential for other issues once you go changing things.

Here is the trim tag. How do I decode it?

I'll add this to what Clint has said:
L65 = 350 2bbl V8
M38 = 350 Turbo-hydramatic
TR 787 = Medium Red (interior)
5252 = Garnet red upper and lower body
Car likely had vinyl top installed at dealer, a common practice back then and therefore likely did not receive all of the trim that a factory car would have.
