After a quick search all that I could find were Oldsmobile rally wheels with the code NA. Could you post a picture please.

1967-1969 camaro, chevelle, nova etc came with 14X6"-I have all the codes for them thats why I think it may be a Beaumont code-if anyone(hey Carl)can check their Beaumont parts book they may have the code listed beside the valve stem-the gm chevelle parts book does-thanks for all input!

I can get you the part number in the Beaumont book. I'm betting it will be the same part number as Chevelle.
I just checked the calendar. 39 working days left because there's 3 holiday Mondays in there.

The Hollander wheel interchange doesn't show NA as a Chevrolet rally wheel, not that these interchange books are 100%. It shows it being a 4.5" bolt pattern steel wheel.
Does he have a picture of the stamp near the valve stem?
