realllll longshot but looking for a few needle in the haystack things I still need for my restoration. Still doing extensive sheet metal restoration , so I have some time, but some of this stuff is hard to get now. Parts are for an original (Canadian Chevrolet) car if that matters, not a clone.
BB frame mounts (both sides) got them now
BB carb linkage rod (carb to arm)
BB 4 speed driveshaft (have not investigated driveshafts yet so not sure if this is special or not)
331 12 bolt gears and eaton posi.
1968 "JK" wheels. I have a few but missing two(need one for spare as well) and one is pretty rusty.
An oe trunk jack assembly that I can restore got this now
A correct 1968 thermactor black lid air cleaner with the 90 degree spout, as well as the heat stove tube and parts. I do have a complete original 4 speed cleaner (no thermal) but for canadian built cars they apparently used the thermal.
Any blue std belts for a 68 biscayne

For the frame mounts, there is some hope because as this page shows, the later production 68 full size Chev/Pontiac used the same frame mount on the 327 4 bbl.
yes, the 327 ones work too. just have to measure the width. the 327 and BB are wider than the 307 (std engine) ones are

Yes but apparently only the later mounts though.
Yeah, that narrow/wide mount thing I learned the hard way years ago!

Yes the mount thing makes sense because the early mounts were obviously weaker for the toque of the more powerful engines and maybe that's why they came out with that engine limit contraption to bridge the gap before going to beefier mounts with safety locks (the wider ones if I'm not mistaken)

Can't think of the name right now. I thought with you being on the west coast you would be more familiar with the suppliers...

I have a couple 1968 dated 14x6 JK rims I dont need. I will dig them out.
I also have a very clean, no pitting 4 speed cross member for a 1968 4 speed car if you need?
