Hello from South Carolina

First of all I want to thank you for starting this forum for the Canadian Pontiacs. My name is James. I live in Laurens South Carolina and own a 68 Beaumont SD. As far as I know there are no other Beaumonts in the state. I will let other Canadian Pontiac owners know about this forum.
James

Welcome aboard James! I'm sure you'll find lots of information about Beaumonts on here. I've notified a couple of very knowledgeable Beaumont guys about the creation of this forum. What's the scoop on your Beaumont (options, engine etc)? It looks like a nice one!

I have owned the car for almost 5 years. The original engine was a 325 hp 396 but it is long gone. It now has a Jan 1969 427 4 bolt main engine with the 840 heads, 400 trans and 12 bolt posi with 3.42 gears. It is by no means a show car, just a nice driver. I have probably put 12-15,000 miles on it since I've had it. The car has a few pretty rare options; tilt wheel, 8 track player (not installed yet) and 4 piston disc brakes. The engine is currently out of the car and the engine compartment is being detailed. It should be back together in 2 to 3 weeks.
