it's also not a parisienne 2+2
it's either a parisienne or 2+2 for the 69's
the cowl tage should read 76867 for a 2+2 or 76467 for a parisienne

Since the thing seems to be digging up old threads, I thought I'd bring this one up to the top (no reason, really... biggrin).

It does amaze me, though, how many members have come and gone over the years.  The OP of this thread hasn't logged on since 2009.

Well you know even without the side louvers they still are sharp looking cars  even though I am not at all a fan of the side mouldings that run front to back  What were they thinking ??

I wonder what happened with James Betts, he was a good guy.  Sold him a good frame way back he was going to use on this car. I was rooting for him. Thinking he sold it all no long ago.

Last picture I saw, the car looked kind of forlorn...

At least it's out of the weeds now.

Reports say it may be too far gone to save.

Wow, what a shame to see it deteriorate so badly.  Hopefully it sees a new life being fixed up or at least supplying parts for somebody else's project.  If somebody had a Grande Parisienne that they needed grilles for I don't imagine those are all too easy to find.
