I have a 69 L34 car. They made 43 of them. If you look at the avatar for 69SD or slinky that will show you what one looks like. If you want a picture of one not finished yet look at my avatar picture.

In the late 70's there was one in Winnipeg. It was a 2 door post car. The story with it was that it was real, but of course in those days we didn't bother to document cars. Actually, there may not even have been a way to document them then, I'm not sure.

My car is not the one that is in Milton. Mine is Matador Red. I looked at the Limelight green car before it was sold in Ancaster and still think I should have bought that one. I did get a copy of the GM paperwork for that car.
I have seen three 69 SD's including my own in person and the other two were both Limelight green cars. I know for sure where there are two more but I have not seen them yet myself. One is Matador Red with a black vinyl top and the other one is dark green. I have the paperwork for one more but only have a picture of that car.

My cousin (from wpg) had a black/black 69 post SD, it was a show car in the late 70's-80's i believe (he had the full button tuft interior in it, and under the hood and trunk)... i believe the same car turned up for sale in st. andrews (just north of wpg) about 10 years ago w/o the motor for about $3000... i wasnt interested in 69s at the time and didnt even go look, although i was going to just to see if it was my cousins former car...not sure whatever happened to that one after...
