I knew a guy in Edmonton that had one from 1975 until the last time I saw him in 1981, he was a heavy duty mechanic. If I remeber right, it also has a white wide body white pin stripe down the side of it.
Yes I think they did have a multi white stripe on the side. For Quebec the cars were sold in Blue and White but I have not seen one, anybody have a picture of a Quebec version?
The owner's name is Mike, and I have his email, I also own a 75 GT Cup Car, and have it listed on e-bay right now and am located near Edmonton, have too many projects, and must let some go.
Geez, an L-78 car, I've never seen a 400 in one only ever seen Chevy 350's. That is a low numbers production car in every sense. We should link it to Canadian Pontiacs for Sale.
I hate to sell it, but I just don't have the time, I have a 75,2 77 GMC Sprints, and a 77 El Camino that I should be working on, not collecting more..LOL..Bad addiction, I love the 75, and I realize what an awesome car this can be with some TLC..and it is very Rare, but how many cars can one own and enjoy, plus the Wife prefers the Sprints. Gotta have some balance, I'll post some pics on here if any one is interested in seeing them, the car now has the pontiac rallys back on it, and I'll get some better updated pics today..Thanks
Let's see those Sprints, some of us consider those Pontiac trucks!
YA! lets see those Sprints, and lets not discuss their Heritage.. I personally thought they were GMC's.. regardless of them being a model or brand, we will love them C2
Thanks, I like the "Pontiac Truck" comment, and yes they are GMC's. I was actually toying with the idea of putting a spare 77 Lemans front clip on one of the Sprints for fun, it should all bolt up..I think..any ideas?
