Chevrolet Power 5th Edition

I have an original Chevrolet Power manual 5th Edition from 1984. This manual covers the build up of the SBC and BBC refered to as Mark IV Large Block, plus 60 degree V6 and 90 degree V6 and Twin Cam Cosworth. Vehicle dynamics, Corvette and General Performance sections also. Part is PUB. #MO12. This book is a standard 8 1/2 x 11 and about half an inch thick.

Interesting section on building a performance Small Block 400.  There are also cam charts on both SBC and BBC with part numbers and original performance applications to help one choose the proper cam for their application. Full engine charts too on all V8's produced up to 1984 detailing displacement, bore, stroke, journal size, 2 or 4 bolt mains etc....

I bought this to get more power from my 660HO V6 that was in my 1981 X11 but I have used it with my '86 Monte Carlo SS and '73 LeMans with good results.

It may be dated now and some part numbers will be discontinued but still has sound advice and information.

I would be glad to copy pertinent sections and mail.
